  • 20 ml GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir
  • 20 ml Cynar
  • 20 ml Punt e Mes Italian Vermouth
  • 20 ml Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Pinch Kosher Salt

Method

Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Stir gently and strain into a rocks glass over an oversized ice cube.

Serve with a grapefruit wheel dusted with salt.
