VODKA GASTRONOMIQUE

We start with GREY GOOSE, made using single-origin French wheat from Picardy and natural spring water from Gensac-la-Pallue. GREY GOOSE is married to an assemblage of three different toasts of our wheat, expertly conceived by our cellar master, François Thibault, and French chef Alain Ducasse.

Nose

Delicate aromas of brioche and fresh bread, followed by more intense notes of roasted almonds, coffee and chocolate.

Palate

A harmonious blend of toasted brioche and warm toffee flavours, with overtones of rich, dark chocolate, espresso and cooked walnut.

Finish

Delightfully complex and full-bodied, with a rich and long-lasting finish.
