Ingredients

2 oz	GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavored Vodka
1 oz	Simple Syrup
¼ oz	Pastis
2 dashes	Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
+	Pear slice or Lemon Twist

How to Make

In a cocktail glass place one large ice cube.
Add pastis, swirl to coat the glass and let stand to chill.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add GREY GOOSE® La Poire, Angostura bitters and simple syrup and stir deliberately.
Discard ice and Pastis from glass.
Strain cocktail into prepared cocktail glass, and present with a pear slice or lemon twist.
